Gezal Bayramli Case to Be Considered in Gazakh District Court
Baku / 20.11.17 / Turan: The criminal case against the deputy chairman of the Popular Front Party Gezal Bayramli will be considered in the Gazakh District Court (460 km west of Baku).
The date of the trial will be determined next week, the lawyer Zibaida Sadygova told Turan. Bayramli will be transferred to Gandja Pretrial Detention Center.
Bayramli was detained on May 25 on his return from Georgia. A criminal case was filed against him under Article 206.1 (smuggling). Bayramli is recognized as a political prisoner by human rights organizations. -03C06--
