On 9 September the chief of the consular department of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry, Akop Hajiakopiyan was arrested on suspicion of bribery. According to the press service of Armenian National Security Service, Hajiakopiyan, through intermediaries, extorted money from Armenian citizens living abroad who needed official documents. -02D-
