The Chairwoman of the socio-medical expert commission number 30 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Khoshbakht Aghayeva has been arrested.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, on the basis of complaints from residents of the Bilasuvar and Jalilabad regions, the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption has investigated the case. It was found Aghayeva received a bribe of 600 manat from a resident of the Masalli region to make a conclusion about his disability.
Aghayeva is prosecuted under Article 311.1 (bribery) and the court sanctioned her arrest. -03D04-
