Head of the State Flag Square Complex is dismissed
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to release Rashad Mammadov from the post of Head of the State Flag Square Complex under the Cabinet. The reason for the dismissal is not noted. Rashad Mammadov was appointed to the post in April 2011. -16D04-
