Hot weather in Baku and Absheron will continue at least until the middle of the week. The temperature will be 20-24 degrees at night and 31-36 degrees by day, according to the National Hydrometeorology Department.
Hot summer weather is also observed in the regions of the country. In the central lowlands the temperature will rise to 38 degrees heat. In mountainous areas it is expected to be 13-18 degrees at night and 25-30 degrees by day. -06D--

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border.
