Identity of Oilman Found in Caspian Revealed
The body of a man discovered in the Caspian Sea has been identified. He was the machinist Guloglan Zulfugarov, who was killed in the collapse of the overpass of the offshore oil gathering station No. 1 of the Oil and Gas Production Department of the Azneft Production Association on Dec. 15, 2016.
Then ten oilmen disappeared from the spot.
