In Connection with Military Parade, Directions of Traffic to Be Changed
Baku /19.06.18/Turan: On June 26, the military parade on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be held. In connection with the preparations for the parade, the direction of traffic will be changed along the Neftchilar Avenue towards Azadlig Square. This was stated by the head of the Public Relations Service of the Baku Chief Police Department, Vaghif Asadov.
According to him, the change in the direction of traffic will begin on June 24 and will last until the end of the state event on June 26.
In the specified period, traffic of cars will go along Uzeyir Hajibeyov street in the opposite direction through Javanshir bridge towards Yusif Safarov street. Simultaneously, traffic at the intersection of Zarifa Aliyeva streets with Azadlig Avenue will go only to the right towards Rashid Behbudov Street. From the intersection of Pushkin and Uzeyir Hajibeyov streets, the traffic will be directed to the right towards Azadlig avenue, as well as from Neftchilar avenue along Rashid Beyutov street to the left, that is, towards May 28 Street. -0-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35.
