Interior Ministry does not comment on footage showing police officer putting drugs in citizen's pocket
Today in social networks appeared a video where, allegedly, a police officer puts drugs in the pocket of a citizen and detained. The incident takes place in one of the shopping centres. A person in civilian clothes approaches the man from behind and slips something into his pocket.
A scuffle ensues and several more policemen in civilian clothes roll the man to the floor and beat him, then handcuff him.
The Interior Ministry is not providing a comment on the video. At the same time, unofficial channels report that the incident took place 5-6 years ago.
However, this does not change the essence of the case and the IM should give a clear answer to the question, what is depicted in the video? If the footage really shows a policeman and he planted the drugs, how was he punished?
