Khadija Ismailova is warned cautioned
The arrested journalist Khadija Ismailova was warned by the management of the Kurdakhani jail for her speech in the media. The tlk is about the appeal of Ismaylova named “New Year Congratulations” , according to her lawyer Fariz Namazly.
The publication of this article in the media, has caused a concern of the prison management, and Ismaylova was made to write an explanation. "The journalist questioned the legality of such an explanation, and stated that she conveyed the article "telepathically." After that the prison authorities came to her cell , and made her an official warning. This warning says that the journalist has put forward before the jail authorities "illegal demands," said the lawyer.

* Khadija Ismayilova is charged under Article 125 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide.) She was arrested on the basis of statement of Tural Mustafayev, whom she allegedly driven to suicide.
