Labor Inspectorate - it is not right to work in the heat
The State Labor Inspectorate urged employers to cease all work outdoors in relation to temperature rising above 40 degrees. Also, inspection appealed to stop work in confined spaces where there is no air conditioning.
"According to the law, in such a situation, the life and health of workers must be guarded, they must be provided with water, work must be stopped, and the salary must be maintained," said the appeal, posted on the website of the Ministry of Social Welfare.
Till July 23, the air temperature in Azerbaijan will be above 40 degrees, and in some places will reach 43 degrees. -05D-

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
