If Turkey opens its borders with Armenia after this meeting, then in a 5-10 years period Armenia is likely to pursue more independent policy which, oddly enough, is in the interests of Azerbaijan.

The author stressed the point that the document distributed by Azerbaijan due to a November 10, 2020 agreement stated that Armenia should return the Gazakh villages by November 20. However, this point was cut out of a document of mutual understanding distributed by Russia, so the issue remains unaddressed. From territorial point of view, the villages are very small, but matter much from strategic standpoint. The thing is that the main road from Yerevan to Tbilisi passes across this territory. "Google Maps" points to these territories as Azerbaijani, but in reality they are under the Armenian control. But both Armenia and Georgia are confident that sooner or later these villages will be returned to Azerbaijan.

Website “Müsavat.com " is disputing over demolition of a three-story building in Acad. Mirgasymov street, 4, Nasimi district of the capital. This decision sparked protests of citizens. They say that a school building No. 42 is surrounded by buildings on three sides. Preparations have now begun to demolish the school building from the east. Multi-storey buildings will be built in their place. In this case, the school will be deprived of sunlight. Also, air flows will be blocked, and the area cramped. As a whole, construction of multi-storey buildings around the school is contrary to urban planning principles.
