Moscow court arrests the "wedding shooter" from Azerbaijan
Yesterday the court of Tver town of Moscow arrested one of the members in the case of "shooting" wedding, Seymour Nabizadeh. This 18-year-old native of Azerbaijan will be imprisoned for 30 days because on 12 November, 2012 he opened fire at a wedding motorcade in Moscow.
The investigation found it necessary to arrest him, because he could escape in Azerbaijan. Nabizadeh himself asked to release him on bail of 200,000 rubles, or placed under home arrest, citing the fact that " he is not dangerous for society."
On November 12 at about 16:00 during the wedding procession on the street of Academician Anokhin, at least five shots were made, presumably, from a traumatic gun. The drivers ignored the demands of the police to stop and continued to move. After pursuing the cars were stopped. Nine people were arrested, including the gunman. Later a lawsuit was brought under the Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism.) -02D-
