Musavat Reports on Detention of Its Activists
Baku/15.02.21/Turan: On Monday, officers of the Surakhani District Police Department detained local activists of the Musavat party during a meeting. Turan was informed about this by the head of the Surakhani regional organization of the Musavat party, Arzullah Buludlu.
According to him, five activists of the local cell were detained and taken to the 30th police station of the Surakhani district police administration.
In turn, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Turan that these persons were detained due to violation of the quarantine regime. After the trial, they will be released, said a spokesman for the Interior Ministry.
According to the same source, only one of the detainees, Nizamali Suleimanov, is a member of Musavat. - 03B06-
