Nine government departments will become legal entities of public law and will be derived from the administrative management system. This is provided for by the decree signed by the President of Azerbaijan the day before.
Thus, the status of legal entity of public law will regard the State Housing Construction Committee under the President of Azerbaijan, the Copyright Agency, the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources, the State News Agency Azertaj, the Historical-Architectural Reserve Icheri Sheher, the Seaside Boulevard, the Baku Transport Agency, the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance and the Translation Center.
In addition, the State Courier Service under the Cabinet of Ministers has been placed under the supervision of the Special State Protection Service. -06B-
