Oktay Gyulalyev summoned to the Prosecutor General
Baku / 13.05.19 / Turan: Today the human rights activist Oktay Gyulalyev has been s summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office for 17:00. He believes that the reason is his allegations of torture of those arrested in "Tartar", "Ganja" and other cases, violations of the rights of prisoners, and prosecution of people on fabricated, politically motivated charges.
Last week, at the initiative of Gulaliyev, a public committee against torture and repression was created.
Earlier Gyulalyev was repeatedly summoned to the police. He was summoned last week, when he gave explanations in the management of the Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Interior. -06D-
