Baku/02.04.22/Turan: On Sunday, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, mostly without precipitation, a moderate southwest wind will blow. The air temperature will be 11-14°C at night, 18-22°C in the daytime, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service.
It will also be mostly rainless in regions of the country. Fog is expected at night and in the morning. The west wind will intensify in places. The air temperature will be 9-14°C at night, 26-31°C in the daytime, in the mountains 3-8°C at night, 14-19°C in the daytime.—06B-

On January 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree increasing the salaries of employees in several organizations funded by the state budget. According to the decree, the monthly salaries of managerial and other employees in around 20 institutions (including the Presidium, Apparatus, and Ganja Branch of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and the Heydar Aliyev Center) will increase by an average of 15% starting January 1, 2025.
