Only a reprimand for the creation of conditions for corruption
Several judges in Azerbaijan have been punished by disciplinary decision of the Judicial Council of the country. So, for gross violations and creating conditions for corruption reprimands were announced for the judge of the Yasamal district of Baku Anar Rzayev and the judge of the Mingachevir Court - Huseyn Mirzaliyev. Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against several judges for serious violations, and red tape which has caused a fair discontent of citizens, reports the information of the Judicial-Legal Council. -16В-
