Opening of "Hhojasan" metro station
Baku/23.12.22/Turan: On Friday, a ceremony of the opening of the Hojasan electric depot and the Hojasan station of the Baku Metro, with the participation of the head of state, took place. The new station became the fourth on the purple line "Bus Station" - "Memar Ajami-2". In 2021, the third station was introduced on this branch - "November 8". "Hojasan" became the second open station of the Baku Metro. The total number of stations of the Baku subway reached 27. The total length of the Baku subway was 40.7 kilometers.
The opening of the "Hojasan" station can help solve the transport problems of citizens moving from the Lokbatan village and the Sadarak shopping center.
According to the metro development program, by 2030 the total length of the metropolitan underground tracks will reach 119.1 kilometers, and the number of stations will increase to 76.---06B---
