Opening of telecommunications exhibition BakuTel 2012
Today at Baku Expo Center opened 18th Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition "BakuTel-2012."
The exhibition includes 160 companies from 23 countries, including Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Iran, China, Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Estonia, etc. However, most companies - about 60% are local companies.
There is diverse range of exposure: software, satellite communications, broadcasting equipment and technology, cable television, mobile technology, radio stations and radio communications, etc.
New solutions have been presented by mobile operators, in particular to provide mobile communication in aircraft. The exhibition will end on November 9. This year it is being held in parallel with the global Internet Governance Forum under the auspices of the UN.

For 20 days that Azer Gasimli has been held in the Pretrial Detention Center, no investigative actions have been conducted with him. Nobody has met with him.
