The Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General's Office accused the pediatrician of the Central Hospital №1 Jabrayil region Eldar Mamedov of fraud.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the investigation revealed that Mamedov fraudulently appropriated 184.000 manat. Money have been appropriated by deception 130-year-inhabitants of this region, among which are 81 teenager. The doctor promised them all to issue a certificate of disability. A lawsuit has been filed under the Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (causing major damage by fraud.) The doctor faces imprisonment.-03D04-
