PFPA activist arrested for 10 days (UPDATED)
Mingachevir city court arrested PFPA activist Jeykhun Rzayev for 10 days. The court found him guilty under Art. 535.1 (not subordinate to the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This was reported in PFPA. Journalist Elchin Hasanzade was released.

PFPA activist and journalist detained
Baku/09.05.20/Turan: Member of the Mingachevir branch of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Jeyhun Rzayev was detained on Saturday in the city of Mingachevir.
According to the PNFA, Rzayev was detained when he raised a portrait of one of the founders of the Azerbaijan People’s Republic (ANR: 1918-20) Mamed Emin Rasulzadeh at the monument to those killed in World War II.
Elchin Hasanov who was filming an action was also detained and taken away in an unknown direction.
