The Head of Saatli branch of the Youth Committee of the Popular Front Party, Enver Huseynli today was sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest. Turan was told by his father Ziyafat Huseynli.
According to him, the young man was arrested yesterday. His relatives were told by the police that he had expressed swearing.
Today E.Huseynli appeared before the court. At the same time, relatives and supporters of the activist were not allowed into the hall. They were removed from the courthouse by police officers led by the deputy head of the district department Haji Ahmadov.
The court sentenced Huseynli to 30 days in jail on charges of not subordinating the police.
The father of the young man said that he was arrested for political reasons for opposition activities and activity in social networks. -06D-
