Official and pro-government newspapers write about the trip of President Ilham Aliyev to Guba and his participation in several opening ceremonies, as well as, the order by the head of state to allocate AZN 4 million for the socio-economic development of Naftalan.

The British press called Ilham Aliyev, "gas dictator." The newspaper states the standoff continues between the democratic West and the Aliyev regime.
