Leading subject is the numerous problems of the country. However, the official newspaper think differently.

"Azerbaijan" newspaper believes that the adoption of the law "On the anti-dumping measures,  compensation and protection" will solve the problem of the country's entrepreneurs. The law was adopted in the first reading.

"Azadlig" writes that the sanctions against the government of Azerbaijan once again relevant, recalling the expected congressional discussion of the bill "Act of democracy in Azerbaijan." Author of the project, congressmen Christopher Smith argues that there is no need to  search for Armenian trace in this question, because it is not. The adoption of the document is necessary because in Azerbaijan are under arrest these journalists like Khadija Ismayilova and many others. "If the independent media are destroyed, there is no pluralism, that misinformation can thrive in society. The position supports Congressman and head of the OSCE ODIHR Georg Link.

"New Times" writes that Baku has to choose  between the East and the West, because the leadership of the country has no clear policy. The newspaper reminds that Baku is not just "showed the elbow" to the West, and also recalls a recent event held in the UK. The latter is proof that Baku is looking for a partnership with the same West.

The newspaper believes that "balancing" policy of Baku some time suited the United States and Russia, but the situation has changed somewhat since the conflict between the West and Russia deepened.

"Bizim Yol" cites the opinion of experts on the development of tourism as one of the areas of the non-oil sector.  Azerbaijan is included the list of 10 countries where it is difficult to get a visa. There are proposals to eliminate the problems in this area - to declare holiday visa for countries investing in Azerbaijan, offers economist Gubad Ibadoglu. This method wants to apply Kazakhstan. An important issue to attract tourists to the country and investment is the liberalization of the visa regime.
