Prosecutor demands 4.5 years of imprisonment for Tofig Yagublu (Video)
Baku / 01.09..20 / Turan: On September 1, at the trial in the case of the deputy chairman of the Musavat party Tofig Yagublu, the state prosecutor Asadulla Ramazanov called on the court to sentence the accused to 4.5 years in a strict regime jail.
The next trial will take place on September 2 at 11:00.
On March 22 of this year, a car crashed into Yagublu's parked car. Elkhan Jabrailov, who was at the wheel, rushed to Yagubla with claims.
In turn, the Nizami District Police filed a lawsuit under the Article 221.3 (hooliganism with an object used as a weapon) of the Criminal Code. Yagublu was arrested.
The oppositionist himself and his colleagues are convinced that the case was fabricated. The main reason for the arrest of Yagublu is his harsh statements on social networks against the government and the first person of the state.
International organizations recognize Yagublu as convicted for political reasons.
He was first arrested in 2013, on charges of organizing riots in the city of Ismayilli.
In October 2013, he was arrested for participating in an unauthorized action. -16D-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
