Remains of oil worker found missing in Caspian Sea 6 years ago
Baku/09.12.21/Turan: The remains of a man found missing in the Caspian Sea a few days ago have been identified. It turned out to be an oil worker who had gone missing when an overpass collapsed.
DNA analysis showed that the remains belong to motorist Bakhman Jafarov, who went missing on December 4, 2015 as a result of the accident at platform No. 501 of NGDU Neft Dashlary. This information was confirmed by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
It should be recalled that on 4 December 2015, storm waves washed away a residential booth on a trestle at the Neft Dashlary offshore field. Bahman Jafarov was one of three people inside. In February 2016, the body of one of them, Javad Hudaverdiyev, was found. -06D-
