Safarov's relatives fear that he is killed in prison
Baku / 28.01.19 / Turan: The relatives of Younis Safarov, accused of attempting to assassinate the head of Ganja, Elmar Veliyev, are concerned for his fate.
His mother, Leila Ismayilova, said that the accused"s father, 59-year-old Rafig Safarov, died because of the concern for the fate of his son.
His mother does not exclude that Younis could be killed in custody, wrote on his Facebook page Emin Milli, the founder of the Meydan TV.
Authorities must provide evidence that a prisoner is alive and his trial must be open, his relatives consider.
In turn, in the public relations department of the Prison Service told Turan that the reports about the death of Safarov are not true. -06D--
