A Navy serviceman of extended service Ibrahim Gafarov committed suicide. According to Khatai District Prosecutor's Office, Gafarov committed suicide in a rented apartment on Nakhimov Street in the Khatai District. The case is under investigation. According to preliminary information, the incident took place on the grounds of marital conflict.
According to the Doctrine Center for Military Journalism Studies, by April 21, the loss of defense and security sector accounted for 29 people. In this case, five people were killed by bullets of the enemy, and 24 died in non-combat conditions. -16D06-
