Sailors are Accused of Illegal Trade of Oil and Black Oil
The Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General has launched a lawsuit against the vessel "Islam Safarli", owned by the State Caspian Sea Shipping Company.
The ship's captain Hashim Hasanov, mate Sayad Ibadullayev, as well as other team members have been brought to justice, he reason, the illegal sale of 40 tons of crude oil worth $3,800 as well as 18 tons of black oil to the Russian ship "Kuban". The deal was based on a verbal agreement with the captain of the ship "Kuban".
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office , Hashim Hasanov and Sayad Ibadullayev and A.Amiraslanov were brought to trial under Articles 179.3.2 (misappropriation and embezzlement) , 206.3.2 (smuggling.) The court sanctioned their arrest. -03D04-
