Security Measures Toughened in Azerbaijan`s Airports
Baku International Airport, as well as other regional airports of Azerbaijan, works as usual, but with increased attention to security measures, a source in the national airline AZAL told Turan.
The interviewee noted that in less than a year, security was enhanced after the terrorist attacks on the liner Airbus-321 of the airline Kogalymavia in Egypt on October 31, 2015, as well as in the Brussels airport on March 22, 2016.
Objects of civil aviation pass regular inspections and routine enhanced control measures, including a thorough analysis of the security at all the airports of the country, and awareness training to employees in connection with the strengthening of aviation security regimes, said the source at AZAL. -0-
