A soldier of the MES civil defense troops, Allahyar Mammadov, died on June 5 of negligence while working in the technical park, according to the MES.
A soldier was born in 1992 , and was drafted from the Narimanov district of Baku. Investigation is ongoing in the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan.
