Baku / 14.09.22 / Turan: On Wednesday, the Prosecutor General's Office announced the arrest of Elnur Shukurov, head of the Səda TV Internet channel.
During the investigation of the case against the previously arrested Avaz Zeynalli and Elchin Sadigov, the illegal actions of Elnur Shukurov were revealed. It was established that Shukurov helped Salman Nasrullaev to obtain the necessary certificate for the privatization of 0.57 hectares of land and a building of 168 square meters for 50,000 manats in Surakhani district.
On September 14, Elnur Shukurov was prosecuted under Article 312-1.1 (illegal influence on the decision of an official) and arrested by the decision of the Binagadi court.
However it is not clear from the report of the Prosecutor General's Office what relation Shukurov has to the case of Avaz Zeynalli.

In addition, there is no answer to the question of whether the official, who issued the certificate, was held accountable.
As for Səda TV , this is one of those little-known channels that acts more like a one-man blog. -0-
