Teymur Rajabov wins the World Chess Cup
Baku/05.10.19/Turan: Azerbaijani grandmaster Teymur Rajabov became the winner of the World Chess Cup ended in Khanty-Mansiysk.
On Friday, he beat the Chinese chess player Dean Liren in the tiebreaker of the World Cup finals.
According to the results of the classic games of the final, the parties did not reveal the winner.
In the tiebreaker, the rivals held four rapid games ending in a draw. In this regard, the fight for the cup was continued in blitz games. Radjabov brilliantly at the Chinese grandmaster in both games.
