The absence of antibodies in the blood does not mean the absence of the effect of vaccination
Baku/10.06.21/Turan: Vaccination with the Chinese drug CoronaVac raises questions among some citizens. Despite more than a month after the second injection, antibodies are not detected in the blood of a part of the population.
A journalist Nailya Balaeva was vaccinated with two CoronaVacs, but 40 days after the first injection, a blood test did not reveal antibodies that protect her body from coronavirus.
However, despite the absence of a positive effect, Balaeva cannot be vaccinated again with a drug from another manufacturer because her name got into the database of people who have gone through this procedure. The next time she can be vaccinated only six months after the first procedure.
Commenting on the complaints of citizens, the press service of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBIB) told Turan that the described case is not an indicator of the absence of effectiveness of the CoronaVac vaccine.
"According to scientific research, the CoronoVac vaccine has an efficiency of 83.5%, and the reliability against death and complications of this drug is 100%. These are the results of data on 2 million vaccinated.
Formation of immunoglobulins is individually. Despite the indicators of the absence of antibodies in the blood, these formations are necessarily present at the cellular level of the body of a vaccinated person. Immunity is formed in the cell, but laboratory methods cannot detect processes at the cellular level," TƏBIB said.
When asked about the reason for the prohibition to vaccinate again if CoronaVac did not show a visible result, TƏBİB said that doctors do not advise injecting different vaccines if 6 months have not passed since the first injection. This is also due to the different nature of the vaccines. CoronaVac is created from inactive viruses, which distinguishes this drug from others imported to Azerbaijan. Vaccination against coronavirus in Azerbaijan began on January 18, 2021.
Currently, it is possible to get vaccinations in Azerbaijan from CoronaVac, AstraZeneka, Sputnik-V, Pfizer.
Over the five months since the start of vaccination, for June 9, about 950,000 people have been fully vaccinated in Azerbaijan with a real population of about 7 million. In Israel, with a real population of 9 million, 5.5 million people are completely vaccinated. —0—

However, questions have arisen about the legitimacy of the group, as an internet search yields little evidence of its existence beyond scattered mentions.

Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
