The arrested blogger, finally, transferred to the detention center
After more than 10 days of detention in the Chief Directorate to Combat Organized Crime (CDCOC) of the Interior Ministry, the blogger Ramazanov Rashad (Rashad Hagigat Agaaddin) today was transferred to the detention center in Baku, according to his lawyer Rovsan Shiraliev.
The Defense believes that Ramazanov was illegally detained in CDCOC and tortured.
