The court extends the arrest of Zeynalov until April

On December 9 the  Moscow Presnensky Court extended until April 10, 2014  the arrest of Orkhan Zeynalov accused of murder  of Muscovites in Biryulyovo.

The court granted the investigators, because it believes that if Zeynalov is released he  can escape as a citizen of another country.

On the night of October 10 in West Biryulyovo, the  region in the south of Moscow, was killed by 25 -year-old Muscovite, Yegor Shcherbakov,  and it caused riots in Moscow.  On October 15, police detained  the native of Azerbaijan, Orkhan Zeynalov, on charges of committing this crime.

Azerbaijan was outraged with  the  infringement Zeynalov and demonstrative humiliation. -02D-
