Baku Appeals Court today rejected the complaint of the leader of the "Muslim unity" Movement, the Shiite theologian Thale Bagirzade on the arrest for 4 months. In connection with the proceedings in the case of Bagirzadeh police took increased security measures around the court. Bagirzade was arrested during a special operation in Nardaran on November 26 with a group of his associates.
