His daughter Lala Huseynli said, the prosecutor, lawyers and Jeyranly himself spoke at the trial. The defense asked to acquit Jeyranly. At the same time, the judges stated that they were not ready to announce the decision. The final decision will be announced by the court on December 6th. Jeyranly"s family believes that delaying the announcement of the court decision is related to the presidential elections in Georgia.
Jeyranly, who was arrested on May 22, 2017, was charged under the Article 247, paragraph 1 (concealment of life and health threatening information), and Article 180 (3) sub-clause (attempted mass fraud).
