The Foreign Policy magazine published a list of the 500 most influential people in the world. (Http://www.foreignpolicy.com/articles/2013/04/29/the_500_most_powerful_people_in_the_world). In this list there are no representatives of Azerbaijan, with the exception of Russian citizen Vahid Alekperov and several Iranian Azerbaijanis.

Officially rated version of the magazine Foreign Policy published. The current list is determined by experts from the magazine. It was headed by the head of the United States (Barack Obama), Russia (Vladimir Putin) and China (Xi).

Behind them is German chancellor, Angela Merkel, head of the Chinese search engine Baidu, Robin Li, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the head of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Thomas Donohue, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and the heir to the crown of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zahid Al Nahyan .

Next, in descending order, are representatives of politics, defense, ideology (including religion), the media, think tanks, etc.

Recent years have not revealed any world power center around which could form the elite of the planet. But there were many “workers for devil”.

"Fiends" are recognized: Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the spiritual leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, the president of North Korea's Kim Jong-un and the head of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, Mohammed al-Jaafari.
