Baku/26.01.22/Turan: The State Agency for Supervision of Safety in Construction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on Wednesday stopped "illegal" construction in the Narimanov district of Baku.
It was found that illegal work was carried out without the availability of relevant documents, the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The fact takes place at the intersection of Garabagh, A.Vahid, A. Alizade and T. Shihaliyev streets.
The "illegal construction" was carried out 100 meters from the building of the executive branch. It was stopped a couple of days after the dismissal of the head of the district, Abdin Farzaliyev.
A few months ago, 1-3 storey buildings were demolished in the indicated place, the residents of which were relocated. All these works cannot be carried out without the permission of the head of the district. Now it is said only from the responsibility of the construction company.
It should be noted that mass housing construction is underway in the specified territory as part of housing renovation projects. At the same time, the work is carried out in violation of building codes. Builders do not care about exceeding the permissible norms of dust in the air and noise.
