On 28 November a resident of Zagatala region Vusal Bashirov suffered from severe violence on the part of Rashad Tahirov and Araz Musayev. According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Tahirov and Musayev beat Bashirov because of non-paid debt, and then tied his hands and feet, took him out of the city, and chopped off with ax both hands at the wrist.
A lawsuit was filed under the Articles 29, 120.2.1, 120.2.2, 120.2.4 (preparation of the murder with special cruelty), and medical examination was appointed.
