The number of victims of the collapse of the school in Nehram reached 4
Baku/31.03.22/Turan: During search and rescue operations in the collapsed school in the village of Nekhram, the body of another person was found and removed from the rubble. Thus, the number of victims of the incident reached 4.
All of them are employees of the Babek regional department of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan published the names of the dead:
- Gadir Suleymanov, born in 2000,
- Gasan Aliyev, born in 1972,
- Maharramov Ibragim, born in 1961,
- Rustamov Asaf, born in 1988
Another worker
Ali Aliyev, born in 1996, was hospitalized with injuries of varying degrees.
The prosecutor's office of Babek region is investigating the fact, and additional information will be provided to the public, the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office said in a press release.
A partial collapse of a school in the aftermath of Nehram in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic occurred around noon on March 31.
One of the walls collapsed during renovations.
