Political Prisoners Protection Centre (PPPC) prepared a study-report in the "Nardaran case": political motives, lawlessness and reality," which will be presented to the public. The "Nardaran case" occurred after police operations November 26, 2015 in the village of Nardaran, where residents adhere to strict Shiite traditions. As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
