On September 3rd night Rasim Musayev , the head of the internal investigation department of the Interior Ministry , died of a heart attack.
Until 2013 he worked as chief of police of the city of Ganja and resigned after a scandal when it broke head of the chief executive of the city.
Prior to that, Musayev worked at senior positions in various parts of Baku.-0-
