There are no detainees in connection with the protest action in Bilasuvar
Bilasuvar police denied reports of detentions of participants of the protest in the region, held on the eve. On April 5, residents of the villages of Badilly and Khirmandagh blocked the Baku-Astara highway. The reason for the protests was the delay in considering the applications of citizens for providing targeted social assistance. In connection with the closure of traffic on the road a large traffic jam has appeared. To unlock the road, the police used force.
At the same time, representatives of the district authorities arrived to the protesting villagers, who promised to solve problems with the appointment of targeted social assistance. A number of media reported on the holding of detentions among the protesters. However, on Thursday in the Bilasuvar district police told Turan correspondent T that there were no detainees.-06D--
