Thirteen accused are recommended for early release
The Commission on parole release held a meeting in jail №13 September 30, 2015. With the participation of prisoners were considered 31 applications for parole. As a result, 13 convicts who have served 2/3 or 3/4 of their sentences, have been recommended for parole, and 7 - for the transfer of conventional jail to the jail-settlement.
The commission, created in the spring of 2013 includes representatives of the various structures of the Justice Ministry, as well as representatives of civil society, the human rights center (OCA.)
Cases of the convicts are considered by the Commission at the request of the convicted before the application goes to court. District courts while considering applications take into account the opinion of commission.-0-
