Threat of New Landslide on Bayil Slope in Baku
Baku / 12.02.18 / Turan: The landslide process on the Bayil slope has not yet come to an end, and the tension remains. This was stated by the head of the geological planning expedition of the National Geological Exploration Service of the Ministry of Ecology, Aziz Garalov.
According to him, it is dangerous to enter the landslide zone. In some places the cracks are so deep that it will be very difficult to save those who fall there, he said, having difficulty predicting when the process will stop.
Recall that on Saturday as a result of a landslide, several houses were destroyed. About 400 people were evacuated from the landslide area earlier. -06D-
