Toughened Penalties Suggested for Wrong Parking
The Azerbaijani Parliament discussed the issue of toughening fines for parking cars. The corresponding amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences was discussed today in the parliamentary committee on legal policy.
According to parliamentary sources, 10 manat will be the fine for non-payment of parking services or parking in a place provided for the vehicles of disabled people.
The same will be the penalty for parking trucks weighing more than 3.5 tons and for obstruction of parking other cars.
The amendments have been brought to the plenary session of Parliament. -02D-
