Traffic in Center of Baku to Be Closed for Ten Days
Baku / 14.04.17 / Turan: From the 15th to the 23rd of April, part of Niyazi Street - from Azneft Square to Istiglaliyyat Street will be closed for traffic in connection with the renovation of the asphalt covering of the highway.
In addition, from 22:00 on April 14 and until the next morning, the bridge leading from Heydar Aliyev Avenue to Mikail Aliyev Street in the Nizami district will be closed.
Also, traffic on Samed Vurgun Street will be limited in the direction of the Officers Park and the Taza Bazaar market.
The traffic police urge drivers to use alternative roads.
Repair of roads and coloring of signs are held in connection with the forthcoming IV Islamic Games of Solidarity in Baku on May 12-22. -16D-

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border.
