Trial of NIDA Activists Postponed
Scheduled for today in Baku, the Court of Grave Crimes trial of the case of seven activists of the NIDA civil movement and Ilkin Rustamzade, a member of the organization Free Youth was not held. The hearing was postponed to December 18 due to bad weather conditions.
The young people are charged with preparing riots during the rally scheduled for March 10 in Fountain Square to protest against non-combat losses of soldiers.
The young people are also charged with illegal possession of weapons, of drug possession and hooliganism.

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border.
